To view all of the user accounts: 1)Logged onto the computer, click on Start>Run>and type in CMD. 2)From the command prompt window, type in net users. This will show you every account that is made onto the computer whether it is hidden or not. --------------------------------------------------------- -------- To change an account password: 1)Logged onto the computer to an account that has administrative rights, click on Start>Run>and type in CMD. 2) Type in net user then the name of the account then * and press enter. heres an example: net user administrator * or net user "Joe Smith" * . Put the name in quotes if it contains spaces. 3) From there it should ask for a new password. Type in your new password (type very carefully - the command window won't display what you type) and once more to confirm it. If you get the message that the command succeeded successfully you're all set!

PASSING THE YOUR-FREEDOM TIME LIMIT AS A FREE USER
HOW TO EXCEED YOUR-FREEDOM TIME LIMIT AS A FREE USER
Do you still remember when your-freedom just came out? Then you can use more than one user name on it Abi? When one excused you use the other one. But right now your-freedom have change their software pattern, right now you cannot use more than one user name on a pc
REASON: - When you install your-freedom, it will be in your registry so automatically recognizes your pc so when you uninstall your-freedom some part of it will still be in the registry so when you re-install, it will pick up from when you uninstall. That’s why we cannot use more than one your-freedom user name on one pc.
But fear not for they have been some successful ways to bypass this stuff which I’m going to share with you and they are:
*Formatting your pc: When formatting your pc it will remove the registry (I like to call it proper clean up) but too much formatting is bad for your pc health.
*Using deep freez: This program can uninstall anything that is installed after it. Any software you install will be uninstalling when you restart or shot down your pc. This software is used in most cafes
*Revo uninstaller: This software deletes all files associated with the software including the registry and program file
*Backdating your pc time and region
We shall be treating two of the above…
USING REVO UNINSTALLER AND BACK DATING YOUR PC TIME AND REGION
When you are using a free your-freedom account they only give 5hrs per day. Abi?

FORMATTING YOUR WINDOWS XP PC
Steps to format and install win xp pc
1. Insert your windows xp cd
2. Make your pc to boot from CD ROM
3. Follow the steps on the screen
4. When it comes to select the hard drive, choose the drive which u have installed the windows xp in previous. (for e.g. C:/- D:/- E:/- F:/) Select the first one if u installed the win xp on c drive
5. And Select the "Quick format in NTFS mode"(this may not be same, because i have forgot the actual words, just select the option which contains the words "Quick and NTFS")
6. The files will be automatically copied to your hard drive.
7. The Installation windows will appear after the restart.
8. after 30 or 35 minutes the installation will finish.
9. ALL DONE.

STEPS

Before you perform this steps make sure you know how to connect your multilinks to the internet without the subscribing isues.
First download your-freedom and register a username and password at this site www.your-freedom.net. Then install the software to your pc then set it like
INSTRUCTIONS: Open your- freedom software you just installed ==>> Click on configure tab on the front panel==>> the configuration panel will open==>>In the Server address area type this=> 83.170.116.31 OR 85.214.149.43 OR 85.214.84.103.
Connection mode=> choose UDP automatically the port bar above will change to 1000 THEN MANUALLY CHANGE IT TO PORT 53
TWEAK: Choose None
Look below you will see Options now tick=> 1,3,5,6,7, (do not click any more than that)
Still on the configuration panel==> Click on Account Information and fill in the username and password that you registered ealier- Leave any other things untouched except the once I mentioned... Save and exit you will be returned to the front panel. Now click on Ports tab then mark this three boxe=> s web proxy port,socks 4/5,open vpn port, -Now goto messages and tick AUTO SCROLL ond put the Minimum Level to debug. You are through , Now goto statues and click start connection... When using it make sure you download and install openvpn because It is faster than any type you've experience.
NOTE: If the latest version do not work for you make sure you try the older one's.

HOW TO RESUME DOWNLOAD ERROR AND EXPIRED DOWNLOAD IN UCWEB
If you are downloading a 460MB file using ucweb (symbian). At the time 430MB downloaded, UCWeb showing error (possible Reasons:- download link Expired OR file deleted [on server]) Shocking!!!! Don't worry, If you have another link for the same file.you can replace the error link with new working link like IDM in P.C. This is my simple and worked experiment. So I am sure 100% working. Do the following steps carefully.
In UCWEB,
1.'PAUSE' downloading.
2.Delete all downloaded history(Not source file).
3.Exit UCWEB.
4.Using X-plore go to system/apps/ UCweb60
5.U can see 2 files named as, :: UCDownloadExtra.dat :: UCDownloadRequest.dat
6.Open these files in any text editor. 7.U can see the download link (Expired OR Error link) Replace that with new link.
8.save it.Open ucweb and resume download.
Remember it's proudlyonenaija...
In UCWEB,

HOW TO READ DELETED SMS MESSAGES ON ANY NOKIA s60/70/80 PHONES!
How to read deleted SMS messages on any nokia s60/70/80 phone!!
Required utility:
1) Any system explorer or file explorer program (eg. Fexplorer)
Step 1) Open Fexplorer
Step 2) Select drive C: or D: depending on the memory in which the Sms messages have been saved.
Step 3) For example u selected c: , Then open "system" folder.
step 4) Then in "system" folder open "mail" folder.
step 5) Then in this folder u will see different folders (eg 0010001_s) and certain files (eg 00100000). These files are the actual messages. Browse through every folder and open all files till u get the sms u are looking for.
Step 6) For opening the files don't choose options>file>open as it will show format not supported rather choose options>file>hex/text viewer. By selecting the "Hex/ text viewer" u ll be able to open and read the deleted SMS message.
Note: This will not work if u ve intentionally deleted the contents of The "mail" folder.

REPAIRING A CORRUPTED MMC (MEMORY CARD)/ CORRECT TREATMENT OF YOUR MMC
Repairing A Corrupted MMC
Correct Treatment of your MMC:

Physically, memory cards are quite fragile pieces of high technology, susceptible to damage from various silly things like excessive heat, condensation, strong magnetic fields, physical damage from rough handling and/or bending! (similar to most electronic devices then..)
Given the nature of mobile memory card products, they are constantly being taken in and out of some form of interface with a mobile phone, a camera, a laptop, or desktop PC, or a separate memory card reader. The number of different devices they have to be able to interact with is in the thousands.
It is not too surprisingly, then that sometimes the state of the file system on the memory card can get damaged.
This may happen for a number of different reasons, including:
> removing the card from a device whilst an application is trying to read/write to it.. (Just be patient...)
> battery drain on a device whilst in use meaning an insufficient voltage failure whilst writing to the card.
> a poor implementation of the MMC standard on the device using the card
> poor connectivity software drivers on the device or the Windows PC/Mac
> physical damage like card or device being dropped, bent, getting wet etc...
> lots of others i am sure..
As often as not, the problem is not terminal for your memory card, but just a software issue ( or in physical terms, it could be called "a temporary dis-alignment of the all the bits and bytes on the card".
The fix for this problem is the same as for any other file storage device (like a floppy or hard drive) with corrupt or invalid file system, namely; re-format the file system.

Re-Formatting your MobyMemory MMC Card
It is possible that your mobile will offer you the option of formatting the memory card if it is found to be invalid. (However, the likes of Nokia nGage, Nokia 6600, and Siemens Sx1 often just prefer to reject the media as corrupted).
In that case, to format the card, you will need access to one or more of the following:
> A Windows PC or Mac.
> A separate multi-format memory card reader (verify that it is compatible with the MultiMediaCard -MMC- standard).
> (This can come in USB or PCMCIA flavors. If USB, try and ensure it is a USB2 device.
> Alternatively, many of the newest laptop and desktop PCs now come with integrated Multi-format memory card readers.
> If you are using a separate memory card reader, then connect it up to your PC, and let windows recognize the device through plug-and-play.
Now you can insert your MobyMemory card into the appropriate slot in the memory card reader. (Please note that because the MMC card is pretty much symmetrical it is very easy to insert it upside-down in the slot).
Open up [Windows Explorer] (or the equivalent for MAC users..sorry not well-versed in OS X).
There should be at least one icon visible for a [Removable Drive] in the list of available drives. (in fact, there is often a list of about 5 or 6 Removable drives, one for each of the different Memory card formats that your reader is compatible with).
Find the drive that is mapped to the MMC card by clicking on each in turn until it confirms there is a drive present. (Sometimes it is easiest to do this by trying a fully-functional MMC card in the MMC slot first so you can confirm which drive letter it is.)
(NB. It will always be labeled as a [Removable Drive], don't mistake it for one of your PC hard drives like [C:] drive, as that could be catastrophic later on!)
At this stage it may give an error message saying that the drive is unreadable.
By right-clicking on the drive letter, it will provide the option of formatting the drive.
Select format the drive, and the [Format Drive] dialog will appear (Double-check again to make sure it not your [C:] drive!).
There is only one setting to focus on in this page, and that is to ensure that the FileSystem selected for formatting is the [FAT] option (not FAT32, or NTFS or any other option)
(Note: All mobile phones, to my knowledge, and most cameras (etc..) use the FAT file system (or at least are compatible with it) on their memory card media.)
Now click on Format Now ( ensure [Quick Format] is not selected as this will not actually restore the file system space byte by byte, but only resets the header information so the drive thinks its empty again. This may not be enough to solve your corruption problem.)
The PC will now - hopefully!- chug away happily until it has restored the memory card space back to its original configuration (of course, any information on there is long gone by now!).
If you receive an error message back from the [Format Now] request, then your problem may be more permanent, and not just a software issue. In this case, it may still respond to a format request in a different memory card reader or device.
If you believe it to be a failure of manufacture, then the warranty on the card offers the prospect of a replacement card, subject to a confirmation of the fault upon return of the goods.

HOW TO INSTALL 2 VERSIONS OF APPLICATION ON ONE PHONE
1-Install a version of desired application
2-Using some file explorer, go to !:\system\apps\ and find the folder of the application you've just installed.
3-Rename this folder to anything other than its current name
4-After a few seconds, the application will disappear from phone's menu.You can create a folder somewhere in your MMC to keep applications such like these, if you are going to do this trick with several apps
5-Install another version of the same application in your phone
6-The version that has just been installed will appear in phone's menu and work normally.
7-To use the other version that had its folder renamed, use some file explorer, like Fexplorer, System Explorer, or ExplorerSP*, go to that folder you had renamed before, and open the .app file.The application should open normally, but without its icon.If it doesn't open after you select the .app file, this app is not compatible with this trick.For example, you can use this trick to have Netfront3.2 and 3.3 in your phone.Note that Netfront3.3 should be installed first, cause it works from any place, even with its folder renamed, and Netfront 3.2 only works from !:\system\apps\ .However, both netfronts will use NETFRONT3 folder located at !:\system\apps\, for example, to hold the cache

BACKING UP YOUR PHONE SETTINGS
Backing up Phone Settings
If you ever come to a point when you need to hard format your phone or maybe upgrade to a new firmware, I'm sure definitely would like to save the current settings of your phone. So this is what you should do;
How to backup phone settings to MMC.
Menu>Extras>Memory>Options>Backup phone mem.
Once the formatting or upgrading is done, you can then restore back the settings by doing;
Restoring settings after phone format.
Menu>Extras>Memory>Options>Restore from card.

3. You will notice there are more folders, 0 to9 and a to f. Just go look into all those folders and you should be able to find the file that you wanna delete.
4. Once found, click on Options>File>Delete.

Below is a step by step tutorial on blocking a phone call on your Window mobile.
Step 1: Turn on the Call Blocking Service
In the main window of Pocket Call Blocker, click the "OFF" button to switch the call blocking status to "ON".
Step 2: Add a new call blocking rules
Go to the "Rules" tab -> "Menu" -> "Add" -> "Call Rule" to create a incoming call blocking rule.
Step 3: Assign numbers to the filter
After input a rule name, you are negative to the "filter" tab, and then go to the "number" menu -> "Add" to assign some numbers to the filter. The software offers 4 types of numbers adding:
Phone Contacts: To add phone numbers from Phone Contacts;
Sim Card Contacts: To add phone numbers from Sim Card Contacts;
Call History: To add phone numbers from All Call History;
Number: Manually type the exact numbers to the filter;
Step 4: Choose what to do when a rule is filtered
After you add numbers to the filter successfully, negative to the "Action" tab, there are 3 kinds of action:
In the advanced tab, you could block ALL Incoming Calls, Unknown Numbers - Filter numbers that are not alike to any numbers from Outlook Contacts or SIM Contacts, and Anonymous - Filters calls without caller numbers without sender numbers. You could also use the wildcard characters '*' to block some kinds of numbers in the blank of Advanced tab.
For example, to block any phone number containing 9, enter *9*;
To block any phone number begin as 9, enter 9*;
To block any phone number end as 9, enter *9;
Warning: You could not add an exact number in the blank of advanced tab, to block exact number, please refer to the step 3.

FULL PHONE FORMATTING ON SERIES 60 PHONES!
If you encounter situation like below on your Phone
1. Blank screen phone unable to reboot.
2. Phone only able to boot-up to "Nokia" word screen.
3. Install some program but not able to uninstall it after that.
4. Error messages such as "Child Installer" keeps popping-up.
Do a Full phone formatting ! as steps below,
1. Make sure you have at least 3/4 charge of battery power left.
2. Backup your contacts list and personal files to MMC memory card.
3. Switch-off your phone.
4. Press and hold 3 keys;
Green dial key, * (star key) & no. 3 key and then press the power on/off to switch on the phone.
Remember, do not let go all of the keys and hold keys until you see a formatting word screen show!
5. After a few minutes when the Full phone formatting completed, your phone will back to original system and factory setting.
All apps installed & not of the phones' default will be lost. If you did a backup on your mmc, you can restore it back to the C drive again.
